Pricing

• Currency: USD on English pages, EUR on French pages. Same numeric price.
• No setup, seat minimum, or hidden add-on fees for the listed plans.
• You pay only for active consultants.
• 14-day free trial, no commitment. Card is not required to start the trial.
• After the trial, billing does not start automatically; data is kept 30 days if you do not subscribe.

Formulas TimeTrack actually computes

TACE / utilization (leave excluded):

TACE % = billableHours / (availableHours) × 100
availableHours = possibleHours − leaveHours

If availableHours is 0 (full leave month), TACE is 0.

TACI (leave included):

TACI % = billableHours / possibleHours × 100

Worked example: 80 billable hours, 160 possible hours, 40 leave hours → available = 120 → TACE = 80 / 120 × 100 = 66.67%.

Default company TACE target in the product is 80%. Many consulting firms aim for 80–85% on delivery roles.
